Our company culture has always been an important component of the 33Across work life. Since we’ve moved to a fully remote workplace we wanted to make sure that we continued to find ways to interact and connect with each other. During our year-end survey, we asked employees to elect the superheroes who they felt would serve as guardians of our values.
Aside from maintaining and growing our culture, the team is charged with creating opportunities for employee engagement, social responsibility, and DE & I initiatives. The committee is responsible for finding ways to connect employees through monthly events, team building activities, education, and employee recognition employees.
